Issue with WhatsApp iCloud Backup

    Hello All,


     


    I am trying to backup my WhatsApp chat along with my media (within WhatsApp) but it just gets stuck at 0% in uploading stage for few minutes and then getting back the "Backup" option again.


    I'm using an iPhone 6 16gb with ios 10.1.1 non-jailbroken.


    I've tried backup with a new apple id and i was surprised that it worked! If i try the same with my apple id it's getting stuck on 0%.


     


    What I’ve tried till now:


    -Deleting WhatsApp and installing it again (lost everything due to now having any backup) but still backup was not working even though WhatsApp was empty. (43kb was the size and still nothing!)


    -Upgrading my phone but still not working. Was using 9.3.3(jailbroken) before and then upgraded to 10.1.1


    -Created a new Apple Id and backup worked perfectly fine! Tried backup on personal account and problem was still there.


    -Deleting WhatsApp from phone. Installing it again and restoring everything from new apple id(to restore chat) and then login in with personal account to take backup and problem was still there.


     


    I've been trying everything and nothing is working, i have no idea what to do now.


    I’ve contacted Apple and they are saying everything is fine from their side. WhatsApp are telling me to follow several steps which is are not helping and told me that i can’t take an iCloud backup for now.


     


    I installed imazing and notice the “uploaded.plist” file is not in the Developer/Library/Backup of my main personal account.


    The same file can be seen in the second account created. Maybe this information can help you understand the issue and find a way to help me.


     


    I don't have any WhatsApp backup in my personal/main apple ID. I have enough storage on icloud and device.

        Installation Instructions:
