I think my iphone 5c was hacked and had spyware put on it. How can I tell? Is there a method or way to tell, find it and remove it?

If you are that suspicious that someone has hacked your phone which I do not know how they have. I would recommend backing up any important data and just doing a factory restore.

Have you noticed weird things happening on your device ? if so or you think someone hacked you-you could back up any important data that you need via ICloud then do a factory reset by going to your setting > general > reset > Erase all content and settings. or if you want you can also do factory reset your device using iTunes
