Help/Support Restoring without losing jailbreak

I own an iPad 2 iOS 8.3 ( I know it's old but it's all I got for now ) and I desperately need to restore it I have 11GB of other data which can only be removed by restoring (I've tried Icleaner and all those tweaks but nothing works) and there are many other bugs (too many to list) but here is my problem I would like to restore without loosing my jailbreak I know it's possible using semi restore and such but that needs a computer that I do not have access to anymore so I'm here to ask is it possible to restore without loosing jailbreak and without using a computer ?

 

 

 

Edit: tbh I doubt I will be able to restore without a computer but it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me with the 11gb of other issue (also Icleaner doesn't work)

I dont think That's not possible, try removing any tweaks, photos, application that you dont need, and see if that helps.

I don't have any photos/videos I only have 4 applications that barely take up 150MB each and I've tried removing almost all my tweaks but it didn't really improve the issue

From what I heard ILET RAT does not work on iOS 8 apparently it screwed many people over when they tried to use it on iOS 8
