Help/Support Unable to Download Subtract Cheat

Hi there, for some reason when I try to download the Cydia subtract cheat for Mario run it says directory not found. Make sure app is Downloaded but I have played a few games and the app is Downloaded.

 

iOS 9.3 or higher has been detected. *
