When you're hacking a game, how would you know if you need to remove the ASLR or not? And when you successfully make it and release it, do other people also have to remove ASLR when using the hack?

It depends on what you're doing. If you're hacking with gdb, (a hacking tool) you have to remove aslr. If you're making a save game hack or a code injection hack, you don't need to remove aslr. Your hacks will work regardless of aslr. You only remove it if you're hacking with gdb.
