Help/Support iPhone Disabled after too many attempts, anyway to bypass/retrieve photos?

No folders show up at all. I double click on iPhone, which then opens and it shows Internal Storage and how much space she has free. But when I double click on that it says "this folder is empty"

That means your grandmas phone got reset ?!  how musch free space does it show when connected ?

 

No, when I plug the phone in it flashes her background quickly, so I know it still has information on it. I don't have access to the computer right now but I think it was around 5.5gb left of a 16gb phone.

Nope, it doesn't even show up in iExplorer when I plug the phone in. I think Apple has just made it impossible to get into a locked phone. Thanks for all your help, I really really appreciate it!

EIther find who played and messed up the iphone or try to contact apple support online chat for better guidance as they look deeper down in this issue . They do help and give you directions of what to do

It's over. If you never connected that iPhone to your computer previously to trust it, then you cannot connect to it while Passcode lock is on.

Your only solution is restoring or taking it to Apple.
