I still get the same error below when tried to downgrade Readline package, please help.

I am still stuck at the same issue.

 

What happens if i try General->Settings->Reset All Settings.

 

 

Is there a way to remove Cydia, so that i can try again and ReInstall Pangu app to install Cydia.

Please suggest.

try manually downgrading

using usr/bin   download the readline package from internet and 

[yadoo 0 8 9.3.2]

Please advise how to use usr/bin as i am unable to SSH also and iFile also does not work, i am deep down the sea :'(
