Try clearing your cache and cookies in Settings -> Safari.

Are you sure that you don't have VPN connected because some VPN apps don't work as good when using safari?

If you have any connected try to disconnect it, and also try clearing your History through safari.

ive tried this it worked for like a seocnd but now i cant get back to the websight and my ufc tv wont work it says i should go to iosgod and get the real tweak

nvm got it wokring now
