Help/Support Got Banned from DoT what should i do?

I tried downloading the game from another of my apple accounts but it still says i'm banned...and tried changing my Game Center account but the damn gc doesn't open... oh and everytime I download the game it automatically connects to GC.

Tried but for some reason I can't log out from GC .__. It just freezes and I have to close the app and try again but it just keeps happenning
