Help/Support how to reset or recover password for old account?

Hey if anyone could help me on regaining access to my old account I would greatly appreciate it my old account is deadlyalliance24 ... I need help recovering my password for that account so I can at least delete the photo on that account ...

Hello,

 

You can use your email to reset your password on that account. I have removed the profile picture meanwhile.

You will also need to decide on which account you want to use so we can merge them into one.

How must I do that? I don't see any options that say "forgot password?" underneath the log in screen ... is there other specific steps I have to take in order to successfully recover my account? ... thanks for removing my picture from that profile though that was nice of you ...

There's an 'I've forgotten my password' link in the login screen under the password box.

deadlyalliance24 was the first account I signed up with so I'll use that one instead ... thanks for the help ... you're a great person ???? ...

actually I change my mind about using deadlyalliance24 as my main account because for some reason when I click on forgotten password and enter deadlyalliance24 as my username it tells me that this username is not valid ...

That's because you registered via Facebook on that account. (Explains the profile picture also)

 

Your username is the same as your facebook name and your email is outlook.com.

LoL I deleted my facebook so if I were to log in with my facebook now I wouldn't be able to access my account on this website ... I put all my personal information out in the open ... Oh My Gosh what was I thinking LoL ...
