The best thing you can do (if you know nothing) is learn 2 types of programming language, high-level and assembly. Once you know how programms, apps, servers, etc. work, you should learn how to PROPERLY debug (not just following steps). That way you will be able to hack almost ANYTHING (because there is illegal stuff).

 

In my own experience, the most effective way to learn to hack is hacking your own-made programms because you will know how you made them, and how are they stored in memory

I suggest you start programming on high-level languages (C# and Java are easy ones for example), then assembly to LEARN how your code executes. There are a lot of tutorial out there, just follow the one you feel is the best for begginers!
