Help/Support How to retrieve data from broken iPhone for new iPhone.

I have a broke screened jailbroken iPhone 5, that I can nevertheless still type my passcode in (just in case that's important) and I was wondering if there's a way to retrieve data from specific apps, (photo library, and a app that I can't remember the name of but its a vault for pictures disguised as a calculator[me and my gf lol]) to an iPhone 5s. Maybe from a PC? Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you can still connect your phone to iTunes, use iBackupBot to retreive the files you want
