Help/Support Question about ipad restore

Hi to all,

 

I have just bought from a mate an ipad 2 wifi,he buyed for his son,it´s actual locked with ´find my ipad´ as his son registered an account on icloud but he left the ipad since many months,going to ps4,he can ´t find nor remember the password.

 

My question is,is it possible to fully restore like a new ipad?disable "find my ipad"?

as it wont allow me to jailbreak it.

Ipad 2 on ios 8.3,not icloud disabled.

you cnn restore it by putting your device if "DFU Mode and restoring it with iTunes y=using a pc ,but if you restore it, its probably going  to ask you your i cloud password after the restore.. but then you wont be able to get back in it, because like you said you dont remember the password.

You must find the iCloud password. Contact Apple Support to get the password back and don't restore while the Apple ID is still tied to the device.

Not a good news,i am stuck with his icloud account and none password.

Only way is to get in contact with them and get them to reset/recover the password, only way,
