Help/Support Problems faced when jailbreaking

​Hello!

​I've been experiencing problems when attempting to jailbreak my iphone 5s that is running on ios9.2.1

​Note:
​-I have 21.2gb of free space in my iphone
​-I downloaded the file from pangu
​-I did not run cydia impactor as adminstrator
-I turned off ALL locks on the phone (find my iphone, passcode etc)

Please help!

Notice: when download finish and it starts saying "installing.." under app icon turn on Airplane mode quickly to disable WiFi

Don't worry about certification expire date. You can re-active jailbreak by using Browser Based iOS 9.3.X Pangu Loader
