but it won't work snapchat patched all substrate processes and now snapchat cheats need to be side loaded

Not sure if it's still working or not, but you can try KeepSnapchatSignedIn with Phantom for Snapchat or Snap+.

 

It SHOULD keep it from signing you out and giving you the connection error.

I did try it... It just signs me out and does the same thing
