Same here! iphone 6 with ios 10. I used to have jailbreak but not any more. I tried everything and doesn't work. It crashes. I also upgraded to ios 10.2 and nothing.

Seems like a bug with the app itself. Try contacting the developers maybe?

Download TsProtector 8+ from cydia.. it happens with those games that have micro transactions.. like pokemonGo.. ( not all of them )... 

 

instal > go to settings > TsProtector > Black list Apps > enable Super mario Run..
 

the free version on cydia allows you to only blacklist 1 app.. that should do it

I had the same problem, I was jailbroken (9.3.3 semi tethered), but had already updated to iOS 10.2 and it would still crash. I reset all content and settings (without iTunes) and it worked perfectly.
