Sorry for the dumb questions I am about to ask but I am a n00b.

 

Windows defender on windows 10 is creating problems with patch file. Should I disable windows defender?

 

Chrome refused to let me download the 32 bit setup installed file. Had to use download manager.

 

Please help. I assume install setup and then run patch file when in same programs folder?

 

disable your AV. Yes, execute the patch in Program's Installation Directory
