Help/Support [URGENT!]iPad Mini Jaibreak Corruption (I think)

This happened for me before I deleted mobile substrate then everything became normal but I remind you that when you will delet mobile substrate all of your tweaks which depend on mobile substrate will be deleted

*Status Update*

I forgot to post this but here is what I had to do:

I ended up formatting the system and staying on the iOS 9.3.3 update only to find out that now software was "Corrupted". Now, NONE of my apps worked except for settings and a few others.

I decided to just update to iOS 10.1.1, I heard that there might be a jailbreak for that version so that's what I'm staying on for now.

This was like the 4th time I've had to factory restore my iPad because of jailbreak reasons.

Man, I really need to start backing up and saving data so this doesn't occcur again.

Btw, I tried to use the same jailbreak software I had before to jailbreak back to try and fix this and I had no luck. Oh well.
