I have a friend who lost his iCloud account (hacked, can't get it back), and he can't use his iPhone 5s because he reset it.

(When you reset it, you need to log in to your iCloud to set the phone up)

I need some way to get the account removed from the iDevice, so I can help him log in with a new account.

Anything that would unlock the phone would help.

used to be possible back on IOS 7, but it's not possible anymore .
