Method 1: Create a new Apple ID and try again.

Method 2: Download/Update through IPA method.

Method 3:  Backup or iDevice, after that, save your SHSH blob through Tinyumbrella. Next, restore your iPhone through iTunes, then revert back to your SHSH blob from Tinyumbrella. Load up your backup and you're good to go.  (Use this method if method 2 and 1 doesn't work.)
