Help/Support Can't download or update apps in AppStore

[Hunternep 3 iPad Air 12.5.2]

I can't download or update apps.i tried this method https://iosgods.com/topic/19549-tutorial-how-to-fix-not-being-able-to-updatedownload-apps-from-the-appstore/page-2#entry1339923 also tried reseting my network setting but both method did not work. I am having problem at iPad Air iOS 9.3.3

Basically 2 or 3 weeks ago as you can see I replied in another thread. I was too lazy to make any post until now and kinda got tired of updating apps on iPads connecting to pc via iTunes.

nope just spins loading circle thing doesn't do anything no errors or any freezes

Have you recentely downdload a hack for a game/app, but you erase the app/game? That happend to me btw and i solve it

Also there was another post here where one guy had similar problem as me where I looked 2 weeks ago but I can't seems to find the post now.

This is the thread I am talking about https://iosgods.com/topic/30200-cant-install-or-update-apps-off-the-app-store/ and this method "If that does not work use a file manager of some type Filza or IFile go to Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries. find files that are named iCat.Dylib and or ICat.Plist then delete those files and empty trash then completely reboot device" also did not work.

Sign out of apple app store. Hard boot the device (Sleep button and home button at same time)

yeah, try this just because sometimes apple is dumb and needs to reboot or you can mess around in the App store on a mac to try to find the problem idk sorry that wasn't much help
