when im opening the pp app it says Jailbreak succeeded!

then I don't know what to do. I'm sorry... i've jailbroken my device before but I upgraded and now I can't jailbreak anymore (32-bit). I can feel your pain

no no don't upgrade! Never upgrade! Only if a jailbreak comes up you can restore or upgrade. The last thing I can suggest you is installing this: https://github.com/BlackGeekTutorial/TTjb?files=1

If it doesn't work try entering safe mode by holding down the volume up button when the apple logo comes up until it reboots successfully.

i haven't installed any tweaks, i was in the middle of creating my own tweak for this site when my phone began to lag 

but i think its something wrong with my phone because it gets really hot after 10min of usage
