Help/Support Ninja Saga (internet problem)

I've downloaded the game like 5 times...but everytime i try to open it it give me an "Internet Connection fail" even though my phone is connected to it ._. And i even activate my hack/bypass but still it doesn't let enter the game... Is there any solution to this?
