Help/Support My iPhone's f**ked

Hello everyone.

So as you know, I'm on here like 24/7, literally... and the past few days I've been inactive & not used iOSGods for a crap reason.

I went into college on Thursday & I accidentally hit my phone off a table (about less than a meter high) and I thought, oh no problem. It's been dropped from greater heights before, so surely this drop wouldn't do much.

From them on, I've been able to turn off my phone by tapping the back of my iPhone with my knuckle near the camera (I believe this has stopped, hopefully) and also, when I've tried to charge my iPhone, it says it's charging but when I leave it to charge over night, the percentage stays exactly the same... In fact, the battery is now at 1%, I charge it over night & still stays the same lmao. I try & turn it on, shows the Apple logo then turns off without showing the lock-screen...

I don't believe this is a software issue as I've not installed any tweaks or anything since Thursday. I did a soft reset (holding the home button & power button for 10-30 seconds) & still didn't do shit lmao.

What can I do?

EDIT: Now it just seems to show the Apple logo & immediately turn off over & over...

I think you're gonna need a new phone unfortunately

But I think you could try going to iTunes on your PC/Mac and restore from a back up, if you have one. : /

its probably a hardware issue, because you said you phone dropped, and you can either try to find a place that fixes Iphones, or get a new phone.

Yeah I was gonna do this but I doubt this'll do anything..

For the battery issue, it happens to me too. I charge it for a while and the % stays to same. But when I replug it later, it will show the % it charged. Even if it's at 1% and my phone is actually at 80% it will not turn off. I haven't dropped it so I believe it might be something installed.

Hardware issue , you can nip to a shop have them look at it or ...... You do it

Remove the two screws from the bottom of you're device using the correct tool.

Gently pry up the screen , if you're device is of the "S" series you will need to unclip the ID connector , as you pry the screen upwards you will see it , do not damage the ribon , if you're not an S just pry upwards slowly.

At the top right you will see a metal plate , remove the 4 screws to reveal the screen connector clips , disconnect them all and place the screen down next to you.

Remove the metal cases 3 screws that are covering the battery connector.

Now disconnect the battery

Now there will be connectors all over the main board , you can now press down firmly on all of these to ensure none have detached , be sure to check all connectors are firmly down and in place.

Reconnect battery and replace metal case.

Reconnect the connectors for the screen gently , the order of the connectors is simple just look at them only one slot for each one , replace metal case.

Gently lower the screen and be sure the two top corners of the screen are inside the groves provided , if you have the "S" series reconnect the ID ribon connector , it just clips in when lined up correctly , if you're not "S" just lower the screen gently and pop it back down with firm gentle pressure.

Leave the two screws at the bottom out for now In case you need to go back in.

Power on the device.
