Help/Support Hack app can't appear in settings

It still doesn't work.   Any cheat icons can't appear in settings.    eg. CSR2

Re-boot device,  I have to re-activate jailbreak again.

 

As I said previously to the other member, rebooting the device removes the JB as it may seem you're on 9.3.3. There is a tweak on Cydia that allows you to pull the System page downwards to manually respring the device yourself. However, I don't think this is the case for your problem. You seem to have the required Cydia tweaks to run the hacks, but I think I'll have to leave this issue to the professionals.. Last question, though, is your device a 64-bit or 32-bit?

Is it a mobile substrate hack? If so there is no settings to configure it
