Help/Support Hack app can't appear in settings

Guys, who knows why the hack app can't appear in settings? I have installed PreferenceLoader and Cydia substrate.

With the result code ending in 0, that usually means the installation was successful. Do you have previous hacks for the game? Go into Cydia & uninstall previous versions of the hacks for the game you're trying to cheat on and then try again.

He should definitely try that if all else fails, but I guess I'd recommend him to respring the device as rebooting removes the JB of he's running on 9.3.3.

It still doesn't work.   Any cheat icons can't appear in settings.    eg. CSR2

Re-boot device,  I have to re-activate jailbreak again.

Is it a mobile substrate hack? If so there is no settings to configure it
