With the result code ending in 0, that usually means the installation was successful. Do you have previous hacks for the game? Go into Cydia & uninstall previous versions of the hacks for the game you're trying to cheat on and then try again.

Restart settings? Re-boot device?

He should definitely try that if all else fails, but I guess I'd recommend him to respring the device as rebooting removes the JB of he's running on 9.3.3.
