There is a cydia tweak, called xmodgames. I don't if you have heard of it, but its pretty commonly used. 

1) Add the following source in cydia - http://apt.xmodgames.com

2) Find the package called xmodgames, and install it via cydia

3) After you device has resprung, open the xmodgames app

4) Install the mod for Minecraft PE

5) In the xmodgames app, open Minecraft PE

6) There you go! Enjoy
