Help/Support Failed To Buffer/Can't Install Tweaks!

So I'm running on the 9.3.3 Pangu JB, and it's always a hit or miss when I try to install stuff on Cydia. I Googled this already, but I haven't been successful in fixing this error. I don't have an actual computer to use iFunBox, BTW. This occurs especially when trying to upgrade tweaks in Cydia. I've already tried to download Stashing from CoolStar's repo, but it says it's missing the CCTools dependency.

Any help will be extremely appreciated. Thanks!

In ifile, look for

 

/.cydia_no_stash

and change it to

/.cydia_no_stash-

Thanks. I'm trying now, but I put this in the search bar of my iFile. Dumb question, but is there a specific place to search it? It says no results.

Doing this MAY break your device when rebooting it, but it is located at the root directory in /

Yikes... Can you explain "break" exactly? I'm okay with losing the JB, because it's easy to do it again.

By break, I mean putting it into a bootloop, I'm not sure if saurik has patched this but native Cydia stashing will most likely put semi-untethered jailbroken devices into a bootloop.

If the file isn't there, you can make one by pressing + in ifile.
