its not because it's not PVP its sub X there's sometype of encryption

thank you for cheaters group replying the transaction on a lot of games are held usually by the servers when the IAP works that just means the servers don't have security against being tricked by the IAP crackers but when the IAP cracker does not work that means the servers check if the device is jailed if it is it does not let it through
