Help/Support Restore iPhone without losing jailbreak 9.0.2

so i want to restore my iPhone because im running out storage and i dnt want lose my jailbreak 

 

and i dnt no what app to use "semi-restore or ilex rat"

Use Semi-Restore, iLEX Rat doesn't support iOS 9. You can also use Cydia Eraser but you need to jailbreak again your device.

you can also use cydia impactor i think it does support ios 9
