Help/Support iPad power button broken

My power button on my iPad air is broken.

Supposed to look like this ^^

Mine looks like its broken and not even visible. Like a very smooth ipad with no such dents

 

Like its been pressed too hard that you cant press it anymore

Just use the home button. Use AssistiveTouch for when you need to power it off

As far as the actual button goes, I wouldn't think so unless you find some tutorial that involves taking it apart. Other than that, I would just do what I said before, or just get a new device, if possible

How do I fix this? I use this for school

you can use AssistiveTouch for turning it off, you can enable it by going to Settings>General>Accessibility> Scroll down until you find where it says AssistiveTouch then Turn it on 

if your IPad runs out of power, then just plug it on a Charger then it will turn on .
