I figured out a workaround though that works! ?

Download App Admin tweak from Cydia, made by unlimapps, which allows you to download a previous version of most iOS apps. Note this tweak is only compatible iOS 8-9.3.3.. I downgraded the current app by 3 releases, then followed instructions from OP and it worked.

I then used login credentials from my ios 9.3.3 device on my iOS 10 device and now have premium on both!
