How can I unzip , copy/paste a file with ifunbox, iFile...etc without being jailbroken to apply non jail broken hacks?

You unzip on your laptop or computer and use ifunbox to transfer. But it only for iOS 8.3 and below.

Above iOS 8.3, you need to use ibackupbot (It's in most of the threads' instructions)

Use WinRAR or 7-zip to unzip compressed files
