This worked for me the first try. I would recommend not being greedy and only upgrading 1 additional extra tower or whatever (plus the two traps) at a time. Be patient and keep the glitch operational, while not drawing attention to yourself.

Update: So far the 3 following attempts failed to produce 3 extra workers, and I'm trying different combos of traps.
