I havent quit figured it out but it seems that u can autocomplete buildings with 3 or less builders. Try upgrading fences so it will give u the option to free up builders and it autocompletes with no crash or network error. Having 1 builder does seem to have better effect. I have successfully upgraded my town center twice this way, cleared alot of forest. Upgraded dock etc. some work some dont....
