Summary:
This does not instantly complete buildings.

What this does is give you unlimited citizens to upgrade many buildings at a time. However, it does not appear to work on buildings requiring 4 citizens.

Before starting the steps below, you must have one citizen free. You must also be able to upgrade one Caltrop and at least one other ambush/caltrop/spike.

IMPORTANT: In some instances, I have observed that the 3 citizens do not free up - even though the combination of Caltrops/traps are exactly the same level and otherwise identical. Please try again with a different combination of Caltrop - trap/ambush.

Doesn't work for me but I managed to speed up my castle that was building with 23hrs to go. I sped up the building with crowns then turn on airplane mode. I then waited for awhile and the circle thing soon appear in the middle of my screen (means no connection) I then turned off air plane mode and I received network error. When I refreshed the game, my castle finished building and I had my workers back. Can't seem to replicate this bug with other buildings.
