So play it smart, lose a champ every now and then in arena and quests, and DON'T over extend your champ (two star defeats five star).

Did anyone use this hack without OHK on LOL and get banned?

the tracking will be obvious even without OHK - the number of hits received (0) will be a tell tale sign even if you quit fights to simulate deaths.
