Just use your common sense with it and you'll be fine.

 

Don't take on anyone ridiculous with low level champs. No RoL or LoL.

 

I'm using it in story, event quests and arenas. Nothing else.

Okay so I'm at summoner level 60, base hero rating over 146,000. I have one 39 4* champs. One of them is maxed, 14 are at 4/40, 13 are at 3/30 and 21 are duped. I have four 5* champs (but only rank 1, no dupes). I've gotten 100% exploration on the story quest. I have one chapter left before I complete Road to the Labyrinth. And I've gotten 100% on all of the Doctor Strange event quests.

 

So all of that being said, I was planning on using this patch to finish Road to the Labyrinth, and then do RoL and LoL. I've spent way more money on this game than anyone ever should. If I attempted RoL and LoL, do you think I'd get banned? Even if I brought only my strongest champs to do it?

At this stage I wouldn't risk it. If this is your level I'm not sure why you need to use this hack.
