Please please tell me why my account has been banned for 90 days due to suspicious activity this is unacceptable I pay huge loads of cash on in app purchases to keep actively playing this game i've had this game and been playing it legitimately since the day it came out I love this game and I thought that I was a loyal customer to you guys being that I spend so much money I really need some answers I hope this is a mistake my player ID: XXXXXXXX ha ha right?

Anyone received a 3 day ban and what is the outcome afterwards? Are your buildings still upgrading or do they remove some of your items?

Can those who got banned the first/second time share their experience?

 

1. Were your crowns removed?

2. Did you get banned a second time?

3. If yes, what did you do and how long did it take for Nexon to ban you?

4. If no, what steps are you currently taking and how long have you not been banned since your first ban?

 

 

For me, I was upgrading all buildings in medieval age but no ban.

 

When I was in Gunpowder age, I abused the air depot event using 75 crowns to get supply drops. And also using crowns to get national goods for Coalitions. However after getting the goods, I kept receiving network error after purchasing a coalition and my goods were used up without giving me any coalition force.

 

Eventually I received a 3 day ban two days later which I suspect was the abuse of supply drop and national goods.

 

I'm on 400+ medals and not in any alliance and on peace treaty.

 

So the question is:

Does Nexon actually filter for users using the resource exploit? Because someone actually emailed Nexon and they replied that he was banned because of using a crown exploit.

 

Or did someone made a report? I joined an alliance on accident and left afterwards while I was upgrading my base so I'm not sure if anyone reported me after checking my base.
