It's already working for BTD without this hack, you just need localiappstore.

Bloons app that you only need localiappstore:

Bloons TD 4 ( and HD )

Bloons TD 5 ( and HD )

Bloons TD Battles

 

That hack would only work for bloons monkey city and maybe their other games
