Restoring it wont work. If they had find my iphone turned on, there is nothing you can do on your end. Even restoring it turns on activation lock and the phone is useless. That is why i go Apple. Their security is awesome. Steal and ipbone and its d@mn impossible to get into unless you are a master hacker. Even the FBI could not break that terrorist hack without outside help.
