Help/Support Theos error 137?

Hi, I've tried this on multiple versions of theos (Kirbs and normal)

 

What I am trying to do is create an iOS application without a Mac.

 

I've followers several tutorials and I always end up with this error

I've signed everything with ldid

I can compile tweaks, but for some reason it doesn't want me to do this :-(

Bro check your rsync package on cydia

Remove radare's repo and then downgrade to saurik's one or just downgrade it without removing the repo but it will always ask for updating in the 'changes' tab
