i played with the cheat on my 2nd account (on my iPhone), got lots of cars  (literally) and when disabling/uninstalling i got the zero-change in currency thing...

 

BUT my 2nd account was also on my ipad, so i start the game on my ipad and everything was as before the cheat. All the cheat cars/upgrades/leveling up/live race counts were back to the same state as before the cheat. So i re-installed the game on my iPhone and my 2nd account was back to normal.
