@DiDA ack sadly it still wont work with my iPad .. I try to open it imedently closes .. my pad auto updated to newest iOS,, I've restarted and reinstalled don't know what else to do

Have you authorized the profile in general settings-profiles? You will need to do this before you can start the app.

try using the latest version of Impactor. It should resolve it.
