he stops the video half way then he installs a mod.

Something like GameGuardian? I searched here but I didn't found any mod which offers editing values of coins etc.

This game is nearly 100% server sided. As you can see, he didn't buy anything. This is because when he edited the values through something like SB Game Hacker, the values were visual, so it looked like 9999999, but it wasn't actually. All these things are fake, don't trust them.

He used a video editor, if you look closely the coin font type is different that the rest of the menues type of font. 

As they previously said, he didn't buy anything within game.
