Is it possible to downgrade my iOS 10.0.1 device to iOS 9.3.3 so I can jailbreak it? If so please tell me how. Thanks.

its not that IOS has disabled downgrading its that they stopped signing ios 9.3.3. which means you can't downgrade to that software version anymore. As long as apple is signing a software then you can downgrade. you can't even downgrade for IOS 10.0.1 so your stuck on IOS 10.0.2 if you upgraded. you can check if https://ipsw.me/#  to see what  IOS version is still being signed
