Help/Support iPhone 6 help needed

So I found an iPhone 6 at work the other day I asked around to find out who the owner was but had no luck

The iPhone has been disabled because I've tried to many times to get into it and it won't connect to my laptop or pc..

It comes up with USB device not recognised, I've used different Iphone cables and different USB ports.

Device status

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

 

Any help would be great fully apreshiated.

Put the device into DFU mode and then restore if you want to restore it lol

Doesn't matter either way. Even if you restore it, you'd be holding a brick since it'll require previous owner Apple ID.
