Help/Support Filza can't unzip .zip files

So every time I try unzipping a .zip file I get this error

 

And I created the .zip file from filza.

Only zip. Did you do something else while it was zipping the folder?

im doing the right thing and it opens in ifile but doesn't open in filza.

Use iFIle then

in ifile it opens when I click unarchiver but doesn't open when I click zip viewer it gives an error.
