The title says it all . I want to know how to save the apps on iPad as iOS application Files . I have Non-Jailbroken iPad Mini Wifi running iOS 9.3.5

You need jailbreak to create IPA's or other than that I think you can use iTunes (PC) to download an app and it should have IPA saved somewhere but that IPA that you got from iTunes (PC) will require your Apple Account when you install it to your iDevice so anyone without your Apple Account cannot install it

 

So solution is : Jailbreak

Hmm , actually my PC Doesnt run up the itunes store to download apps , thats my i was looking for an alternative . But i will mark it solved

I do have vShare SE on my iPad but I have no idea about the method

Download .IPA from ipahub.com or iphonecake.com with any downloader

Install via cydia impactor on pc
