Flex 3 is a good start.

 

Install iAPCrazy - you get free in-app purchases and can download some hacks for games.

 

If you want to start real hacking, follow some tutorials in the Tutorials section like how to hack savegames with HxD.

Later you can use IDA or any other disassembler to edit the binary of your apps.

Flex is one of the easiest. Anything after that just gets harder, in my opinion.
